Upon arrival, the staff greeted us warmly, offering assistance and an early check-in, which was particularly thoughtful. Our room was clean and comfortable, accommodating my family's needs well, although we noted a few areas showing signs of wear. The buffet breakfast was fulfilling and introduced us to local delicacies, providing a delightful start to our mornings. We found the hotel's location advantageous, just a short walk from Ernakulum South metro station, making our day trips convenient to organise at the tour desk. We particularly enjoyed a guided excursion to Allepey, which my kids found fascinating. The accessibility of nearby restaurants also catered well to our family's diverse tastes, with options for vegetarian delicacies just minutes away. Townbridge Hotel offered great value for families looking for a friendly night's stay while exploring Southern India, blending comfort with a taste of the local culture.
